Primary DNS Servers Fail

In what is being called an unprecendented accident, several of the worlds primary DNS servers fell over yesterday. Internet services in some areas ground to a halt as 5 of the Primary DNS servers crashed in quick succession. It is believed that an unknown group took advantage of an until now unknown critical vulnerability in the servers. The vulnerability was closed quickly but the servers were down for several hours, causing increased traffic globally.
